Video Greetings, LLC Privacy Policy
Welcome to the Video Greetings, LLC ("Video Greetings") website, located at www.hottiegram.com, and associated services, products, and functionality (collectively, the "Site"). Video Greetings values the privacy of its users and others who visit the Site and take advantage of its functionality (individually or collectively, "Users"). This statement governs information you provide to us or that we learn from your use of the Site and tells you how we may collect, use, and disclose this information.
The Information Video Greetings Collects
User Provided Information. You may provide to Video Greetings what is generally called "personally identifiable" information when you register or use the Site, such as your name, e-mail address, physical address, telephone number, credit card information, and birth date. Any billing documents that Video Greetings generates in connection the Site will list Video Greetings, LLC as the collecting entity.

The Way Video Greetings Uses Information
Video Greetings uses all of the information that we collect to provide to you all of the features and services found on the Site. We will use your email address, without further consent, for non-marketing or administrative purposes such as notifying you of major Site updates.
Improving the Site. Video Greetings may use all of the information that we collect from our Users to understand usage trends and preferences, to improve the way the Site works and looks, to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, and to create new features and functionality.

When Video Greetings Discloses Information

Change in Control. Your Choices and Account
You may, of course, decline to share your personally-identifiable information with Video Greetings, in which case Video Greetings will not be able to provide to you some or all of the features and functionality found on the Site. Children
Consistent with the federal Children"s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA), we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13) without requiring parental consent. In any case, any person who provides their personal information to Video Greetings through the Site represents that they are 18 years of age or older.
Third-party Advertisers
Video Greetings may allow other companies, called third-party ad servers or ad networks, to serve advertisements within the Site. These third-party ad servers or ad networks may use technology to send, directly to your browser, the advertisements and links that appear on the Site. In such a case, they automatically receive your IP Address when this happens. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize their advertising content.
Video Greetings does and will not provide any personally identifiable information to third-party ad servers or ad networks without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in. However, please note that if an advertiser asks Video Greetings to show an advertisement to a certain audience or audience segment and you respond to that advertisement, the advertiser or ad-server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they were trying to reach.

Our Commitment to Data Security
No data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk.
